800 Butt Welding Machine – High Performance Pipe Fusion Equipment

The 800 Butt Welding Machine is designed with a strong centering and holding body made of 4 main pulleys and induction-hardened chrome shafts. With its impact-resistant body and specially designed piston heads, it ensures smooth and equal movement of the pulleys, even at low pressure levels (3-5 bar).

This butt welding machine includes pipe clamping inserts, intermediate clamps, and injection-molded clamps up to 560 mm diameter, offering superior durability compared to other machines on the market.

Heater

The heater of the 800 butt welding machine is coated with special Teflon resistant up to 450°C. It is equipped with replaceable resistance and designed in two parts for maximum efficiency.

Trimmer

The trimmer unit is made of an injection-molded body and discs. With 0.25 mm blade height, it allows effortless trimming, ensuring smooth and flat pipe surfaces. Thanks to the chain tensioning system, you can easily adjust the chain length in summer and winter, preventing possible chain breaks.

Hydraulic Unit

The welding machine comes with a fully equipped hydraulic unit. The digital screen enables precise temperature control. It also includes the trimmer’s electrical connection, on/off switch, manometer, and buttons for moving the cylinders forward and backward, ensuring full control during the welding cycle.
Hydraulic valves allow continuous adjustment of working pressure, keeping welding operations stable at all times. The compact design makes it easy to carry and highly resistant to contamination.
