160 Butt Fusion Welding Machine – Central Body & Clamping System

The 160 Butt Welding Machine features a robust construction with 4 main pulleys and induction-hardened chrome shafts. Its specially designed piston heads allow smooth movement even on small pipes (3–5 bar), ensuring uniform operation of the pulleys.  This machine stands out for its durable pipe clamping plates, intermediate clamps, and injection-molded plates up to 560 mm in diameter, making it far more reliable than other models on the market.

Heater Features

The heater of the butt fusion machine is coated with a special Teflon layer resistant up to 450°C. It comes with a replaceable resistance element and consists of two parts, providing a safe and efficient heating solution for plastic pipes.

 

Trimmer Features

Equipped with injection-molded bodies and disks, the machine’s trimmer ensures precise pipe trimming with a blade height of 0.25 mm. It produces smooth, flawless pipe surfaces effortlessly. The integrated chain tensioner allows easy adjustment for summer and winter operations, preventing potential chain breakage.

 

Hydraulic Unit & Control System

The welding machine is powered by an advanced hydraulic unit that manages all operations: heater electrical connection, trimmer control, on/off lever, pressure monitoring via a manometer, and cylinder forward/backward movement. The hydraulic valves enable continuous adjustment of working pressure, maintaining a consistent welding process. The unit is well-protected against dirt and designed for easy transport.
